+ Skills: Ss practice the listening, speaking skillls.

1. Warm up - Revision :

- Greet Ss.
- Have Ss do the 5th exercise: Reorder the words to make sentences. 
- Greet teacher.
- Follow.

2. Let’s talk: 
- Have Ss tell some words of jobs. T gives comments; introduce some new words such as: footballer, mucisian, singer, dancer.
- Ask Ss about their favourite jobs, introduce new structure:
“ I want to be a teacher.”
- Have Ss read new structure.
- Have Ss tell about their favourite jobs in pairs, in dividual.
1. Listen and repeat: 
- Have Ss look at the pictures in the 1st part, guess what the people say.
 - Play the tape, let Ss listen and repeat. 
- Let Ss practice reading in pairs.
- Let Ss roleplay before the class. T observes while Ss are working.
* Let Ss take a rest.
3. Listen and check: .
- Have Ss look at the sentences.
 - Play the tape, have Ss listen and check them.
- Play the tape, have Ss listen & share the answers with their partners, check the sentences.
- Play the tape, have Ss listen and recheck the keys.
These are my friends: mai, Nam, Li Li and Alan. They are having a break now. Mai is singing. She wants to be a singer. Nam is playing football in the schoolyard. He wants to be a footballer. Li Li and Alan are dancing. Thay wants to be dancers.
* Game ” Beanbag circle” 
 - Have Ss play the game to practice speaking about their favourite jobs.
- Have Ss do the 6th exercise.
- Tell the words of job then listen & repeat new words.
- Listen carefully.
- Read new structure.
- Talk about their favourite jobs.
- Look at the picture in the 1st part, give comment ( Mai and Lili...).
- Listen and repeat in chorus.
- Practice reading in pairs.
- Roleplay before the class, others listen and give comment
- Take a rest.
- Look at the sentences.
- Listen to check the sentences.
- Listen and share the answers with their partners, say the keys.
- Listen and recheck the keys.

	+ Grammar: - What does he want to be?
	 He wants to be a nurse.
+ Skills: Ss practice the reading skill.
II. Preparations:
+ Teaching aids: Pictures.

- Stick the 4th part, have Ss look at the pictures, discuss on thei contents.
- T. introduces about Nam.
- Have Ss skim through the passage then point out what to do.
- Have Ss read the passage and answer the questions below in pairs.
- Have Ss read the passage (individually), then have verey pairs answer the questions. T. corrects if necessary.
* Have Ss take a rest.
- Have some Ss retell the story of Nam.
- Have Ss do the exercise 9.
- Look at the pictures & discuss on thei contents.
- Listen.
- Skim through the passage, point out what to do.
- Read the passage and answer the questions below.
- Read the passage then ask and answer in pairs. Others listen and give comments.
- Take a rest.
- Retell the passage.
- Do the 9th exercise.
3. Homework:

- Let Ss take notes and learn by heart.
